Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and creative

Senior Interior Designer

to lead the design and execution of high-quality interior projects. The ideal candidate will manage projects from concept through completion, mentor junior designers, and collaborate closely with clients, architects, and vendors to deliver functional, aesthetically compelling spaces on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Lead interior design projects from initial concept, space planning, and design development through final installation Develop design concepts, mood boards, material palettes, FF&E selections, and detailed specifications Prepare and review drawings, presentations, and construction documentation Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure quality and efficiency Present design proposals clearly and professionally to clients and stakeholders Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design intent is executed correctly Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and design direction Stay current with industry trends, materials, building codes, and sustainability practices
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field 7+ years of professional interior design experience Strong portfolio demonstrating commercial and/or residential projects Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite) In-depth knowledge of materials, furniture, lighting, and finishes Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills Strong project management and organizational abilities

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
