Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Interior Designer with proven expertise in high-end residential interiors. The ideal candidate should excel in space planning, material selection, finishes, and interior styling, while leading projects independently and collaborating with clients to deliver signature Next Wall homes.

Key Responsibilities

Develop interior concepts, layouts, and space planning tailored to bespoke residential projects.

Lead interior projects end-to-end -- from concept development to on-site execution and styling.

Prepare detailed mood boards and BOQs for client approval and execution.

Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure timely delivery and quality finishes.

Supervise and mentor junior designers and interns, maintaining high design standards.

Present interior design concepts and material palettes effectively to clients.

Desired Skills & Competencies

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Interior Design or Architecture.

4-5 years of proven experience in residential interior projects.

Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office.

Expertise in space planning, material selection, furniture layouts, and styling.

Ability to visualize and translate concepts into detailed presentations and working drawings.

Excellent communication and client-handling skills.

Strong leadership qualities with the ability to guide a project team.

Keen eye for detail, finishes, and innovative design solutions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
