Senior Architect - Project Lead to lead the design development and execution of medium to large-scale architectural projects within a Design & Build framework. The role demands strong design leadership, technical expertise, client-facing capability, and coordination across consultants and execution teams to ensure timely and high quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead architectural projects from concept to completion, including design development and site execution
Translate design intent into buildable, coordinated drawings and specifications
Coordinate with structural, MEP, facade, and specialist consultants
Lead client interactions, presentations, and design approvals
Guide and mentor junior architects and project teams
Work closely with QS and project management teams on cost, timelines, and constructability
Review shop drawings, material submittals, and mock-ups
Ensure compliance with statutory approvals, codes, and quality standards
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
5-10 years of professional experience, preferably in Design & Build / execution-oriented practices
Strong experience in commercial, residential, mixed-use, or hospitality projects
Skills & Competencies
Strong design sensibility with technical depth
Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit/BIM exposure preferred)
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and teams
Strong presentation and client communication skills
Sound understanding of construction methods and site coordination
