Your Job

As a Senior Integration Engineer on the Georgia-Pacific SE&I Integration team, you will be a hands-on developer based in Bangalore, collaborating closely with global team members across the United States, Mexico, and India. This role requires a strong technical foundation in GoLang, Python, and at least one Middleware Integration tool, along with a passion for continuous learning and helping others grow.

What You Will Do



Collaborate with India-based and US-based functional and technical teams Work with application integration architects to define requirements, design solutions, and develop/test interfaces Adopt best practices for implementation and support processes Solve critical support issues related to integration tools and processes Enable business process efficiencies through strong integration architecture Participate in projects of varying sizes using both waterfall and agile methodologies Identify and implement process improvements


Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

7+ years of proven industry experience Programming experience in Go or Python Experience deploying APIs and microservices in containerized environments using Kubernetes Knowledge of SOA, microservices, integration patterns, web services (SOAP, REST), and event-driven architecture (Kafka, Kinesis, NATS) Experience with API Management platforms such as Apigee or Kong Experience developing cloud-native integrations and serverless computing (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions) Ability to take ownership of integration initiatives and lead technical execution


What Will Put You Ahead

Bachelor's degree in STEM or related field Experience with pub/sub ESB implementations Familiarity with protocols like JDBC, HTTPS, LDAP, JMS, SFTP, FTPS, EDIINT AS2, ODATA Knowledge of security standards (SAML, XACML, MASSL, OATH, WSTrust, OAUTH, OpenID Connect) Experience with Azure DevOps for work item tracking and CI/CD
