Job Summary:



We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Insurance Coordinator to support our back-end insurance operations. This is a

non-sales role

focused on managing documentation, client coordination, and policy servicing tasks.

Key Responsibilities:



Obtain and compare quotations from insurance service providers. Send payment links, Issue insurance policies. Proactively follow up on renewal cases, ensuring continuity of coverage. Maintain accurate and up-to-date insurance records in the system/database. Coordinate and communicate with insurance service providers for quotations, policy issuance, and endorsements.

Key Requirements

:

Prior experience in insurance operations, customer service, or administrative support preferred. proficiency in MS Excel. Preferably
