Lead insurance sales and business development for a innovative financial services platform. Drive strategic client acquisition, revenue growth, and key account management for corporate/business clients in a field-oriented senior role.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate high-value leads, build strategic relationships, and recommend tailored insurance policies.
Oversee end-to-end client lifecycle: acquisition, servicing, renewals, claims, and premium collection.
Negotiate complex deals, close sales, and exceed ambitious revenue targets.
Manage client databases, MIS reporting, and lead classification (A-B-C).
Liaise with underwriting/insurance companies; mentor on product knowledge and industry trends.
Mandatory Requirements:
10-15 years in Insurance Sales, Business Development, or Client Servicing
from Insurance broking companies only
.
Local candidate with proven track record managing corporate clients and hitting sales targets.
Expertise in lead generation, policy recommendations, renewals, and claims coordination.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills; deep insurance product knowledge.
