The Role



As a Senior Instrumentation Engineer with Worley, you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc


As a Senior Instrumentation Engineer with Worley, you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc. 18-20 years experience in Instrumentation & Control. Onshore upstream and downstream (Oil and Gas, Petrochemical) / Offshore (Refining) project experience preferred Shall have experience in working on Smart Plant Instrumentation modules. Shall be well versed in both field instrumentation and Control Systems, for both FEED and Detailed Engineering projects, with good exposure to international codes and standards. Candidate must have extensive working experience in the following as a minimum: Datasheets and Material Requisition for field instruments, Control valves, Shutdown / On-off valves, Analyzers, Custody Metering systems, Flow meters, Tank Gauging, Technical bid evaluation for field instruments, Selection of instruments, Material Requisition & Technical Bid Evaluation for ICSS, System Architecture, Control System components, Fire & Gas devices, Cause and Effects, Logics, Instrument installation and hook-ups, MTO, Vendor drawing review of field instruments and ICSS. Shall be well versed with engineering of various Instrument and Mechanical Packages Should be functioning as lead and be able to handle teams of engineers and designers on medium to large projects Prior experience of working on ADNOC, ARAMCO projects is added advantage Should be well experienced in estimation and proposals for I&C as part of bids for onshore and offshore projects. Should be experienced in conducting checks and reviews of documents within the discipline, with exposure to internal and 3rd party external audits. Excellent soft skills are required. Good clarity in communication is required, with clarity in both written and verbal communication. Should be able to independently guide a team of engineers and designers, with involvement in skill development, performance improvement programs and training of personnel.

About You



To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes:


Minimum 18+ years' experience in detailed engineering and design of Instrumentation & Control works for Oil & Gas projects in similar position. Fully familiar with relevant international codes, standards and recommended practices such as ISA, NEC, NFPA, BS API, IEC,etc. Degree in Electrical, Electronics or Instrumentation & Control Engineering or equivalent
