Sanofi Business Operations (SBO) is an internal Sanofi resource organization based in India and is setup to centralize processes and activities to support Specialty Care, Vaccines, General Medicines, CHC, CMO, and R&D, Data & Digital functions. Sanofi Global Hub strives to be a strategic and functional partner for tactical deliveries to Medical, HEVA, and Commercial organizations in Sanofi, Globally.

Main responsibilities:

Content Development: Design and develop complex e-learning modules using advanced instructional design principles and methodologies. Project Management: Manage multiple instructional design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes. Evaluation and Improvement: Evaluate existing instructional materials and implement improvements to enhance learning effectiveness. Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior instructional designers, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and learner needs.
About you

Experience Required

3-6 years

of experience in Instructional Designing Proven track record of managing and delivering high-quality learning content. Experience working with cross-functional teams,

Education

Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field. Portfolio showcasing previous instructional design projects is a plus.

E-learning Tools: Advanced proficiency in e-learning authoring tools, especially Articulate Storyline and Rise.


Graphic Design: Intermediate graphic design skills to create visually appealing learning materials.


LMS Administration: Proficiency in Learning Management System (LMS) administration and troubleshooting.

Multimedia Production: Advanced video editing and multimedia production skills to create engaging learning content.

Language

Fluency in English

is required. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus, especially those relevant to the pharmaceutical industry.
