An expert having high-quality content outlines, design documents, and storyboards for online training, adhering to Instructional Design Standards. Requires knowledge of instructional design theories, proficiency in WBT, ILT, and Blended Learning. Must coordinate with teams, ensure timely deliverables, and create top-quality content. Strong communication, time management, and MS Office skills required.

-Develop high quality Detailed Content Outline (DCO), design documents/Instructional approaches and storyboards for developing online training solutions based on the pre-defined/set Instructional Design Standards Have sound knowledge of Instructional Design Theories and apply this knowledge to design various training solutions. This includes ability to research, analyze, design, develop, and customize instructional materials for developing Web Based Training (WBT/CBT), Instructor Led Training (ILT and vILT) and Blended Learning programs. Ensure adherence to set standards, processes, and timelines- Excellent in articulating and communicating ideas/concepts with the larger cross functional teams Efficiently coordinate and share feedback on the developed online course for the larger cross functional teams Work with the client's Lead ID to create the training material by following the standards and processes Working with project managers to ensure timely project deliverables- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills- Highest quality content creation- Perform thorough self-reviews- Strong time management skills- * Sound knowledge of MS Office
