We are seeking an experienced
Senior Installation Engineer
to lead and execute installations of automation systems at client sites. The role requires
hands-on experience with FANUC robotics
, strong technical knowledge, and team management skills. The candidate should be ready to travel and manage a team while ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of automation systems, including
FANUC robots
and related equipment.
Supervise and guide a team of junior engineers and technicians during installation projects.
Ensure adherence to safety standards and project timelines.
Coordinate with clients, project managers, and design teams to ensure smooth installation and handover.
Provide technical support and training to client staff as needed.
Prepare reports, documentation, and installation manuals.
Assist in process improvement and suggest enhancements for future installations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
B.E / B.Tech / Diploma
in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering.
2-10 years of installation experience
, preferably with FANUC robots.
Strong understanding of industrial automation systems, PLCs, and mechanical/electrical integration.
Proven ability to lead a team and manage installation projects effectively.
Willingness to travel extensively across client sites.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
Long-term commitment and interest in growing with Effica Automation.
