We're seeking a

Team Lead - Internal Sales

to lead our SmartSelect sales efforts in

Bangalore

. You will build and lead a team of Sales Executives, Senior Sales Executives, and Sales Managers -- driving them to

convert qualified homeowner leads into SmartSelect customers

, achieve ambitious revenue targets, and help the business grow rapidly in this key city.

How You'll Contribute1. Sales Leadership & Team Management



Recruit, coach, and lead a team of: Sales Executives, Senior Sales Executives, Sales Managers Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales plans, track performance, and drive consistent target achievement. Conduct daily huddles, pipeline reviews, and strategy sessions to ensure productivity and conversion discipline. Foster a high-energy, performance-driven culture.

2. Lead Management & Prospecting



Manage and optimise the

given set of qualified homeowner leads

for Bangalore. Ensure the team builds a strong sales funnel by: Identifying maximum potential prospects from the given list. Validating and profiling leads based on their project stage, urgency, and intent. Drive rigorous follow-up processes and CRM hygiene to ensure no lead goes cold.

3. Solution-Oriented Consultative Selling



Guide the team to understand homeowner project requirements deeply and identify potential risks or challenges they may face during construction or interiors. Position

Kolo SmartSelect

as the trusted solution that ensures a smooth, stress-free journey and prevents costly mistakes.

4. Target Achievement & Business Growth



Own the

SmartSelect pack sales target

for Bangalore and ensure consistent achievement. Track conversion metrics across funnel stages: contacted ? qualified ? pitched ? closed. Continuously improve team scripts, objection handling, and pitch effectiveness to increase win rates.

5. Reporting & Collaboration



Deliver

daily and weekly sales performance reports

with clear funnel metrics, conversions, and revenue numbers. Collaborate closely with the

central Advisory, Marketing, and Product teams

to align messaging, lead quality, and feedback loops. Share customer insights from Bangalore to improve product-market fit.

Who Should Apply



Experience:

4-6 years of experience in inside sales or consultative sales, preferably in B2C sectors (real estate, edtech, fintech, or consumer services), with

2+ years in a team lead or managerial role

driving a sales team to achieve targets.

Expertise:



Strong consultative selling skills -- uncovering needs, establishing problems, and pitching solutions Experience in handling warm leads, high-velocity sales funnels, and CRM systems Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team to exceed revenue goals

Mindset & Skills:



High ownership, energy, and drive for results Empathetic listener with excellent persuasion skills Structured and analytical in sales planning and performance management Strong coaching, delegation, and performance feedback skills
