Job Title: Inside Sales Manager

Experience: 3-6 Years

Ctc- Upto 5.5 Lpa (depends on interview)

Working Days- 6 days Mon-sat- (

10:00 AM to 6:30 PM)

Location: NSP, Delhi

Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and motivate the inside sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets. o Develop and implement sales strategies for inbound and outbound lead management. Monitor daily sales activities and ensure efficient use of CRM (Zoho CRM) for lead tracking and reporting. Analyze sales data, identify performance gaps, and take corrective actions to improve conversion rates. Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales goals and enhance lead quality. Build strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Support the sales team in negotiations, quotations, and closing high-value deals. Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge, communication skills, and sales techniques. Forecast sales performance and prepare regular reports for senior management. Ensure seamless coordination with logistics, finance, and customer service teams for smooth order execution.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 3-6 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, or B2B Lead Generation. Freshers with strong written and verbal communication skills are welcome. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), email communication, and CRM systems. (Zoho CRM experience is preferred.) Strong communication skills are required. Excellent interpersonal and persuasion skills with a customer-centric mindset. Ability to manage multiple leads, prioritize tasks, and meet targets effectively. Self-driven, detail-oriented, and a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
