Job Profile : Inside sales specialist- Business development
Location: Hauz Khas, Delhi
Job Type: Full-time,5.5 days working (2nd & 4th Sat Off and Sunday fix off)
Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month(Negotiable according to experience & skills)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth through strategic client relationships and consultative selling.
- Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure long-term retention and satisfaction.
- Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
- Sales Strategy Development: Create and execute effective sales strategies to meet monthly sales targets and achieve business objectives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and sales, to align business goals and ensure seamless execution.
- Presentation and Communication: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to showcase Mahatta Multimedia's products and services to potential clients.
Requirements:
- Experience: 6 months-2 years in business development, sales, or client servicing, preferably in media, advertising, or creative industries.
- Skills:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM and sales tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective time management and organization.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field.
Note : Must have good communications skills in English
