Senior Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

Lead Qualification:

Qualify incoming leads and outbound prospects to ensure they are a good fit for our offerings.

Sales Support:

Collaborate with the sales team to assist in lead nurturing, providing information, setting up meetings, and helping move prospects through the sales funnel.

Relationship Building:

Develop strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.

Market Research:

Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify new business opportunities, trends, and potential areas for growth.

CRM Management:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, activities, and sales progress in our CRM system.

Reporting:

Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, sales pipeline progress, and outcomes to senior management.

Collaboration:

Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive approach to business development.

Key Requirements:



Education: Any Bachelor's degree Experience: 2-3 years Experience in sales

Salary: 25k to 30k

Kumananchavadi , chennai Language: Tamil, English

Skills:



Sales Skills:

Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques, with a focus on outbound prospecting and lead qualification.

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messaging and build relationships with prospects.

Problem-Solving:

Ability to identify client pain points and propose suitable solutions.

Time Management:

Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple leads and tasks simultaneously.

CRM Tools:

Familiarity with CRM systems to track and manage leads and opportunities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
