We are looking for an experienced Senior Inside Sales Executive with strong expertise in lead generation, Sales Navigator and B2B inside sales. The candidate should be able to manage the full sales cycle from lead identification to conversion.
Key Responsibilities
Generate qualified leads through multiple digital platforms.
Build and maintain a strong online presence on professional platforms for outreach and engagement.
Send outreach messages, follow-up communications and handle lead nurturing through calls, emails and digital messaging channels.
Send connection requests, follow-up messages and nurture leads on Linkedin.
Conduct sales conversations, messaging, calls and virtual meetings.
Manage CRM entries, update sales pipeline and prepare reports.
Collaborate with the marketing team for improved lead quality.
Connect with and qualify Meta Ads leads and ensure timely follow-ups.
Manage and coordinate local or physical meetings with prospects when required.
Required Qualifications
2- 4 years of experience in Inside Sales, Lead Generation or B2B Sales.
Strong knowledge of LinkedIn outreach, Sales Navigator and social selling.
Excellent communication and lead conversion skills.
Ability to research and identify relevant decision-makers.
Proven ability to close clients and convert leads.
Experience using CRM tools and reporting sales metrics.
MBA Preferred
Preferred Skills
Good Knowledge of Google sheets and docs.
Experience with cold messaging and outbound lead generation.
Ability to handle sales objections and negotiate.
Strong understanding of digital communication and social selling strategies.
