Job Objective: The objective of this role is to sell 99acres customized subscription packages to the already registered members (Property Owners) of the platform.
Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Engage with pre-generated leads (property owners) through outbound calls to promote and sell 99acres Paid Subscription Plans.
  • Identify customer needs, provide appropriate product information, and handle queries effectively.
  • Build rapport and influence customer decisions through strong negotiation and convincing skills.
  • Ensure conversion ratio from leads to successful closures.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and closures in the system.
  • Collaborate with team members and share best practices to maximize performance.
  • Stay updated on product features, pricing, and market trends to deliver superior customer experience.
  • Work with a customer-first approach to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement.
