We are expanding our Inside Sales team to strengthen lead conversions and customer engagement.
Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive
Senior Executive - Inside Sales
who can manage warm & cold leads, convert MQLs to SQLs, and support the sales pipeline through strong communication and follow-up skills. The role involves daily outreach, lead management through CRM/FMS, and coordination with internal teams to drive business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct
daily cold calls, follow-ups, and email outreach
to potential clients.
Convert
Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) to Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)
through effective communication and qualification.
Maintain, update, and track all leads in the
FMS/CRM system
.
Schedule meetings, demos, and follow-ups for the Sales Team.
Prepare and share
weekly reports, pipeline updates, and lead insights
.
Coordinate closely with the
Marketing and Sales teams
to align lead generation & follow-up activities.
Understand client requirements and share relevant service information.
Support the Sales Team in documentation, proposal sharing, and pre-sales activities.
Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain a strong conversion pipeline.
Meet monthly lead qualification & conversion targets.
Skills & Competencies Required
Excellent
verbal and written communication skills
.
Strong
follow-up, negotiation, and client-handling
abilities.
Good understanding of
sales funnels
and lead qualification.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Proficient in
MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT)
and virtual meeting tools (Zoom, Teams).
Experience using
CRM/FMS systems
.
Strong
time management, organization, and problem-solving
skills.
Customer-focused approach with a positive attitude.
Qualification & Experience
Bachelor's degree required;
MBA in Marketing/Sales preferred
.
1-2 years of experience
in Inside Sales or Tele-Sales (logistics industry preferred).
Candidates with experience in B2B sales or cold-chain logistics will be given priority.
Salary
?18,000 - ?25,000 per month
(based on experience & last drawn salary) ( Negotiable)
