Role Description



This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Executive at CoachX.Live in Pune. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will

communicate with potential customers, provide excellent customer service, and close

sales deals. Your day-to-day tasks will involve actively engaging with leads, understanding customer requirements, effectively promoting our courses to prospective students, and meeting your sales targets



Job Type - Inside Sales Specialist (B2C Sales) - Work from the office



Qualifications



Inside Sales experience (Edtech Experience is preferred) Excellent Communication skills (Hindi, English) Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills Previous experience in Inside sales or MBA in Sales and Marketing Sales planning and execution skills Persuasive and negotiation skills Ability to work under stress a good team player

Roles and Responsibility



Establish a good rapport with potential customers to develop and maintain customer relationships Close sales deals and achieve assigned sales targets Identify potential new customers and make initial contact through cold calling or responding to inquiries generated from advertisements Calling the leads provided in the CRM and understanding their requirements of career up-skilling and pitching the right course as per their needs. Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives. Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline. All the records of customer interactions should be kept in CRM. Providing excellent post-sales support to your clients Follow up on leads and make sure a respectable % conversion rate Consistently achieve revenue targets allotted To understand customer requirements in the geography assigned and future product portfolio improvement based on past customer feedback. Work-life balance excellent incentive slab Promotion to team leader level in 6-7 months if consistent targets are met consistently
