We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Senior Inside Sales Executive to join our B2B sales team. The candidate will focus on generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets through inside sales channels.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and online channels. Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their business requirements. Conduct product presentations and provide tailored solutions. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support sales initiatives. Maintain accurate sales records and report weekly/monthly performance. Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements:



Proven experience in B2B inside sales, preferably in [industry-specific, e.g., technology, manufacturing, services]. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple accounts and work independently. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software. Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
