Job Description

We're looking for an experienced
Senior Infrastructure Security Engineer to perform a deep security audit, reduce infrastructure blast radius, and implement an

immutable, off-site logging architecture

.

Scope of Work

Audit and document infrastructure across VPS, MariaDB, Redis, Ceph, and Kubernetes Identify and remove ghost credentials, stale SSH keys, and over-privileged service accounts Harden access controls and enforce least-privilege policies Design and deploy a centralized, tamper-proof remote logging solution for system and access logs

Environment

Hetzner infrastructure Kubernetes / Devtron VPS-based services

Experience Required

4-5 years

of relevant experience in DevOps / SRE / Security Engineering

Key Skills

Strong Linux system administration and security hardening experience Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes security, RBAC, and service accounts Experience auditing SSH access, IAM policies, and CI/CD credentials Knowledge of centralized logging, monitoring, and audit trail systems Understanding of least-privilege access, blast radius reduction, and security best practices
