Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and resilient infrastructure solutions across hybrid and multi-cloud environments. You will play a key role in modernization and ensuring compliance of infrastructure operationalization.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable infrastructure architectures across cloud (AWS/Azure), on-prem, and hybrid environments.
• Design and implement operationalization of infrastructure (provisioning, configuration and patching) aligned with business and technology goals.
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins and GitLab.
• Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies for infra-automation, monitoring and backup.
• Implement infrastructure standards, frameworks, and best practices (e.g., IaC, CI/CD for infrastructure, zero trust).
• Solid experience in collaborating with software architects, developers, DevOps, security, cloud governance and operations teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Coordinate infrastructure design reviews, risk assessments, and performance optimization efforts.
• Experience in large-scale transformation or infrastructure migration initiatives.
• Guide Infrastructure engineers and developers in modern engineering practices
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations, IT governance, and disaster recovery policies.
• Support incident response and root cause analysis for infrastructure-related issues.
• Ensure compliance and audit readiness of IT governance processes and data protection regulations.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• This is a hands-on role that requires 9+ years of overall IT experience, with 6+ years in Infrastructure and at least 4+ years in an infra-architecture leadership position.
• Deep expertise in cloud platforms in AWS and Azure, virtualization, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Hands-on experience with AWS Fargate, AWS CloudWatch and AWS Secrets Manager.
• Solid and proven expertise in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, Puppet).
• Deep knowledge of networking, firewalls, load balancers, DNS, and storage technologies.
• Familiarity with monitoring tool - New Relic.
• Proficient in at least one scripting language (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell).

• Strong understanding of IT security principles, compliance (ISO, SOC, HIPAA, etc.), and DR/BCP planning.
• Continuous improvement mindset adding new capabilities to enhance Infrastructure operationalization maturity.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Working experience of Agile/SCRUM/Kanban technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with by integrating tools including PyUnit, nUnit, SonarQube, Snyk, Artifactory, Maven, Selenium, RestAssured, Lamdatest, JMeter, EasyVista, Liquibase, CloudFormation, AWS Secrets Manager and containers/Kubernetes.
• Certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect
• Experience infusing Gen AI in Infrastructure automation
• Experience in multi-cloud or hybrid cloud environments.
• Experience in DevSecOps and CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure.
