Roles & Responsibilities

• Execute influencer marketing campaigns aligned with brand and client objectives.

• Identify, shortlist, and onboard influencers based on niche relevance, audience demographics, and engagement metrics.

• Manage end-to-end influencer coordination, outreach, follow-ups, negotiations, and day-to-day communication.

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with influencers to enable repeat collaborations.

• Draft and personalise influencer outreach messages for each campaign.

• Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and commercials within defined budgets.

• Maintain and update the Influencer Management Sheet / Database with accurate and complete data.

• Track influencer content delivery across formats (posts, reels, stories, videos) and ensure timely publishing.

• Coordinate with internal teams (content, accounts, performance) to ensure smooth campaign execution.

• Monitor campaign performance and assist in preparing performance reports and insights.

• Strong interest in influencer marketing and creator ecosystems.

• Detail-oriented with excellent coordination and communication skills.

• Comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.

• Proactive, execution-focused, and deadline-driven.

Required Candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing roles.

• Familiarity with Instagram, YouTube, and influencer discovery tools.

• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.

• Experience with paid and barter collaborations preferred.
