Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced
Industrial Engineer
with a mechanical background to lead and optimize vacuum system processes and develop Process & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs). The ideal candidate will bring in-depth industry knowledge--especially in
petroleum and polymer sectors
--and a strong engineering mindset to enhance system performance and plant operations.
Key Responsibilities
Design, analyze, and streamline
vacuum systems
in industrial processing environments.
Develop, review, and maintain
P&IDs
to ensure process clarity and system integrity.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for plant design, commissioning, and optimization.
Drive process audits and troubleshoot system inefficiencies.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and engineering standards.
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers.
Contribute to project planning, timelines, and technical documentation.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
(Master's is a plus).
10-15 years of experience
in industrial engineering, preferably in the
petroleum or polymer industries
.
Strong expertise in
vacuum system design and optimization
.
Hands-on experience with
P&ID development
and interpretation.
Ability to handle complex technical challenges and lead engineering deliverables.
Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills.
