This role involves understanding client requirements, providing accurate immigration solutions, and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. The consultant should have deep knowledge of immigration programs (PR, work permits, study visas, Tourist Visa) and the ability to build strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Lead Management
Handle inbound leads and convert them into sales.
Generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital channels.
Maintain a robust sales pipeline.

Consultation & Counseling
Assess clients' eligibility for various immigration programs (Canada, Australia, UK, Europe, etc.).
Provide professional advice on immigration processes, documentation, and timelines.
Educate clients about program benefits, costs, and success probabilities.

Sales & Revenue Generation
Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently.
Upsell and cross-sell additional services (e.g., job assistance, language training).
Negotiate and close contracts with clients.

Relationship Management
Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
Ensure an excellent client experience throughout the process.

Compliance & Documentation
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration laws, regulations, and policies.
Ensure accurate client documentation and record-keeping.
Adhere to company compliance standards and ethical practices.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication & presentation abilities (English mandatory, additional languages a plus).
Good understanding of immigration processes and programs.
Client-focused with strong interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
Educational & Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (preferably in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration).
3-5 years of experience in immigration sales or related industry (preferred).
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Monthly revenue & conversion rates.
Client satisfaction score.
Number of consultations and successful closures.
