Role Summary: The Senior Creative Illustrator & Art Director will play a pivotal role in defining the artistic vision and direction of our projects. This position requires a blend of exceptional illustration skills, creative leadership, and a deep understanding of digital media trends. You will lead a team of talented artists, fostering a collaborative environment to create high-quality digital illustrations, comics, and mascot characters that align with our brand\'s ethos. Key Responsibilities: Spearhead the creative development of digital illustration projects, ensuring they meet our high standards and strategic goals. Lead and mentor a team of illustrators and designers, promoting a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure visual content aligns with overall project objectives. Drive the creation of compelling comics and narrative content that engages our target audience. Oversee the design and evolution of iconic mascot characters, ensuring they effectively embody our brand identity and values. Maintain oversight of project timelines and deliverables, ensuring high-quality output within deadlines. Champion innovation in digital art techniques and processes, staying ahead of industry trends and tools. Act as the primary art contact for external partners and stakeholders, presenting concepts and leading creative discussions. Requirements: At least 6 years of professional experience in digital illustration, with a proven track record of leading creative projects to success. A robust portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital art, character design, and visual storytelling across various media. Exceptional leadership skills, with experience managing and inspiring a team of creative professionals. Mastery of digital illustration tools and software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Clip Studio Paint. Strong understanding of brand development, character creation, and the digital media landscape. Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
