Role/Department Description:



FactSet is currently seeking a subject matter expert that is a highly skilled and experienced Senior Cybersecurity Engineer with a focus in Privileged Access Management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and support of our CyberArk Privileged Access Management solutions. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the security and compliance of privileged accounts and credentials across our enterprise infrastructure.



Job Responsibilities:



Work closely with BU leads globally to deliver a seamless CyberArk solution, such as configuration of CyberArk's EPV, CPM, and PVWA components following defined policies and standards Work to troubleshoot endpoint issues (CyberArk connectivity, password rotation, vault management, patching and infrastructure support) and resolve or determine group needed to assist Serve as the Subject Matter Expert within the CyberArk environment Contribute to the overall strategic planning and direction of Privileged Access Management across the enterprise Design, deploy, and manage CyberArk solutions to secure privileged accounts and credentials. Co nfigure and integrate CyberArk with various systems, applications, and platforms such as LDAP providers, Windows Servers, NIX Servers and Databases.
Perform health check monitoring on all CyberArk servers and components to ensure consistent availability of system to end user. Test and certify new product versions, bug fix and provide detailed reports. Responsible for Privileged User account administration of various Windows and UNIX accounts using CyberArk components. Conduct regular assessments and audits of privileged access activities to ensure compliance with security policies and standards. Develop and maintain documentation, including standard operating procedures and technical guides for CyberArk administration. Collaborate with different stakeholders to identify and mitigate potential risks and v ulnerabilities. Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on CyberArk functionalities and best practices. Oversee the governance structure of PAM program providing regular progress reports and updates to senior management Promote Privileged Access control best practices across the organization through oversight of education and awareness programs Coach, motivate and develop, of junior engineers and provide guidance and mentoring in the resolution of complex issues

Job Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in the areas of Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Cybersecurity risk management 3+ years of experience with scripting to help automate processes (example powershell , python, bash, terraform ) Experience with Windows/ NIX platforms in large heterogeneous environment is a must
Strong background in CyberArk administration, including Endpoint Privilege Manager (EPM), EPV, PSM, PVWA, CPM Strong knowledge of IT security principles, practices, and technologies. Experience with directory services (e.g., Active Directory) and authentication protocols. Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements related to privileged access management (e.g., GDPR, SOX, HIPAA). Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders. CyberArk Platform certification preferred.
