Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented HVAC Design Engineer with hands-on experience in AutoCAD and Revit to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing precise HVAC drawings and layouts including ducting systems, chilled water piping, plant rooms, floor plans, and system schematics in accordance with project specifications and industry standards.Location: DelhiYour Future Employer: A leading manufacturing & engineering company which has set its footprint all over the globe with its outstanding capabilities across diverse categories of product and services.Responsibilities:Shall have rich experience in the field of centralized HVAC systems especially chilled water systems.Shall be able to work and manage design works on multiple HVAC projects simultaneouslyShall have good experience in handling Clients, Design Consultants , PMC's , Vendors , Execution team , Purchase team , Sub-contractors & Interdisciplinary Co-ordinationShall have extensive experience in preparation & submission of HVAC Material submittals/Technical Data Sheets along with technical specifications compliances & obtaining approvals from consultantsShall have good experience in preparation & submission of Layout Shop Drawings & Chilled water schematic drawings & obtaining approvals from consultantsShall have experience of Design verification / validation of Tender/Consultants design in terms of Equipment capacities etc.Will be needed to technically lead a team of around 2-3 engineers/draughtsmen as a team leader providing technical guidanceShall have experience of centralized HVAC system design for Commercial building / Industrial building / Data center / Hotel / Hospital / Airport / Metro projectsShall be well experienced in preparation of Cooling load calculations (HAP E-20 / Trace softwares) & Equipment selections.Shall be well experienced in preparation of Duct design , Pipe sizing .
