End-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, offer/negotiation & onboarding processes.
Maintain and update employee records (both physical and digital).
Assist in payroll administration, attendance, leave management.
Support implementation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
Coordinate training & development programs and orientation/induction sessions.
Handle employee queries, grievances, and support resolution / disciplinary procedures.
Monitor performance appraisal cycles, feedback & development plans.
Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, regulations, and company statutory requirements.
Support HR data and MIS reporting (HR metrics, dashboards).
Organise employee engagement activities.
Assist in exit / offboarding processes and exit interviews.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
