About the Role
We're a fast-growing medium size organization and we're looking for a Senior HR
Manager to grow our HR function. You'll be the architect of our people
strategy--designing policies, building the HR team, and creating an environment
where our people can do their best work.
What You'll Do
? Build our HR processes, policies, and systems from the ground up.
? Own talent acquisition--attract, hire, and retain top talent across all roles.
? Implement performance management, L&D programs, and career growth
paths.
? Lead employee engagement and culture-building initiatives.
? Ensure compliance with all labor laws and HR regulations.
? Grow and mentor the HR team as the company scales.
What We're Looking For
? 8+ years of HR leadership experience, ideally in a startup/scale-up
environment.
? Strong recruitment, performance management and people development skills.
? Hands-on, agile, and ready to roll up your sleeves.
? Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Pay: ?70,000.00 - ?80,000.00 per month
