Oversee payroll, benefits, HR policies, and documentation
Maintain HR MIS, dashboards, and analytics for decision-making
Oversee end-to-end recruitment for leadership, lateral, and critical roles
Define workforce planning, succession planning, and talent pipeline strategies
Lead and mentor the HR team, ensuring high performance and capability building
10+ years of progressive HR experience with leadership exposure
