Role and duties:
To lead and improve our HR function in line with strategic business goals, we are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Manager of Human Resources. In the real estate or related industry, the ideal applicant will be a hands-on leader with a track record of success in organizational transformation, payroll, HR operations, and talent acquisition.
Principal Duties:
Human Resources Operations
Supervise HR operations, including as performance management, compliance, pay, and employee life cycle management.
Make ensuring that all departments and projects follow internal policy and labor laws.
Payroll
Oversee the monthly payroll procedure, Acquisition of Talent (Main Focus)
Oversee the whole hiring process for important and leadership positions within the company.
Collaborate with company executives to project hiring requirements and personnel planning.
Profile of the preferred candidate
Important prerequisites:
An advanced management program, PGDM, or HR MBA from a reputable university.
A minimum of five years in senior positions and eight to ten years of advanced HR expertise are required.
Proven ability to lead HR change and create high-performing teams.
