Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic
Senior HR Manager
to oversee and manage all aspects of human resources operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of HR experience with strong knowledge of HR policies, statutory compliance, employee relations, and payroll management.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle
end-to-end HR operations
, including recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities.
Manage
joining formalities, attendance, and leave records
.
Oversee
payroll processing
, employee benefits, and salary administration.
Conduct
performance management
and employee appraisal processes.
Ensure
statutory and legal compliance
(EPF, ESI, Gratuity, Labour Laws, etc.).
Prepare and maintain
HR documentation and reports
.
Handle
employee grievance management
and disciplinary procedures.
Plan and execute
employee engagement
and retention activities.
Support management in
policy formulation, workforce planning, and HR audits
.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth HR operations.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Human Resource Management
or related field.
Minimum
10 years of proven experience
in HR, preferably in healthcare or manufacturing industries.
Strong understanding of
labour laws and statutory compliance
.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in
MS Office and HR software tools
.
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
