As we expand, we're looking for a detail-oriented Senior HR to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance for our hospitality teams.
Develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals and hospitality industry standards.
Provide guidance and coaching to management and staff on HR policies and best practices.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws and hospitality-specific regulations.
Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives tailored to a fast-paced service environment.
Manage HR reporting, workforce planning, and succession planning.
Collaborate with department heads to support business needs through effective people strategies.
Lead onboarding and training programs to ensure consistent service and cultural alignment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's or HR certification preferred).
Minimum 7-10 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a hospitality leadership HR role (hotels, resorts, restaurants, or related fields).
Strong understanding of hospitality labor practices, union environments (if applicable), and workforce dynamics.
Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
Proven experience in developing people-first HR strategies in high-turnover or 24/7 operational environments.
Desirable
Experience working in Hospitality industry
Knowledge of local tax regulations and compliance
