The role involves managing talent and performance systems, ensuring statutory compliance, strengthening employee relations, and driving consistent HR practices across locations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building a structured, engaged, and high-performing workforce.
Lead and manage the Performance Management System (PMS), including defining, tracking, and evaluating KRAs and KPIs.
Support employee growth through training need identification and development initiatives.
Handle probation confirmations, annual appraisals, and performance review discussions.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns, queries, and grievance resolution.
Promote positive employee relations and implement engagement and retention initiatives.
Conduct regular visits to both branches to ensure HR alignment and policy adherence.
HR Operations & Administration
Manage the complete employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exit processes.
Oversee attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and employee records.
Maintain accurate HR MIS, reports, and documentation.
Compliance & Policy Implementation
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
Implement and monitor HR policies consistently across both branches.
Conduct periodic HR audits and recommend process improvements.
Coordination & Stakeholder Management
Facilitate HR meetings and manage internal HR communications.
Work closely with management on workforce planning, culture initiatives, and organizational alignment.
Candidate Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
3-6 years of hands-on experience in an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role.
Strong knowledge of PMS, KRAs/KPIs, labour laws, and HR operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
Willingness to travel regularly between Peelamedu and Gandhipuram branches.
