Job Description

To manage and execute end-to-end HR operations and generalist activities, with strong coordination with factory management and plant HR, ensuring compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and audit standards in a manufacturing environment.

This role offers the opportunity to play a crucial role in supporting and streamlining HR operations and processes within the organisation

HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle



Manage complete employee life-cycle including joining, confirmation, transfers, exits, and documentation. Draft, issue, and maintain appointment letters, confirmation letters, increment letters, and exit documents. Maintain accurate and confidential employee master data.

Factory & HR Coordination (Labour Laws & Compliance)



Coordinate closely with factory management and respective plant HR teams for all labour law and statutory compliance-related matters. Ensure implementation and adherence to Factories Act, CLRA, Minimum Wages, Payment of Wages, Bonus, Gratuity, PF, ESIC, and other applicable labour law. Coordinate inspections, notices, and submissions with labour authorities. Ensure statutory registers, records, and displays are maintained as per legal requirements at factory level.

HRIS, Attendance & Leave Management



Hands-on experience in managing HRIS systems for employee data, attendance, and leave. Monitor attendance systems, shift rosters, overtime, and leave balances, ensuring alignment with statutory norms. Ensure seamless data flow between attendance, leave, and payroll systems.

Payroll & Statutory Benefits



Support and coordinate monthly payroll processing, validations, and statutory deductions. Handle employee queries related to payroll and statutory benefits. Manage employee insurance policies (Mediclaim, GPA, etc.) including enrolments and claims Handle NAPS (National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme) documentation, coordination, and compliance.

Social Audit & Factory Compliance



Coordinate and support social audits (CTPET , HIGGS , GOTS , Oekotex, OCS etc) Ensure HR and labour compliance documentation is audit-compliant and factory-ready Act as HR SPOC during audits and inspections.

Employee Support



Act as a point of contact for employees and factory HR teams for HR operational and
compliance-related queries

Support basic employee engagement and grievance-handling processes.

Qualifications:



Graduate / Post Graduate in HR / Personnel Management / Industrial Relations Minimum 5 - 7 years of experience in HR Operations and Generalist role. Prior experience in textile manufacturing HR operations will be an advantage Proficiency in HRIS or relevant system and Advance Excel. Preferred experience in plant visits.Behavioral Competencies Strong exposure to HR operations in a manufacturing / factory environment Practical knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance Hands-on experience with HRIS, attendance, and payroll coordination Strong coordination and follow-up skills with factory and cross-functional teams High attention to detail and compliance orientation
