End to end Recruitment
Manage HR generalist activities such as employee engagement, grievance handling, leave management, payroll processing, recruitment, statutory compliance, and training.
Ensure timely completion of all HR tasks and maintain accurate records.
Develop and implement effective strategies for employee retention and development.
Provide support to the team on various HR-related matters and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
