Senior HR Executive - Gulf Hiring (Non-IT / Technical)

We are hiring a

Senior HR Executive

experienced in

Non-IT recruitment

, focusing on

blue-collar and technician-level hiring

for

Gulf countries

in the

power plant, construction, and solar sectors

Key Responsibilities:

Handle

end-to-end recruitment

for Gulf technical and non-IT positions. Conduct

CV sourcing, screening, and shortlisting

of candidates. Coordinate

technical and client interviews

. Manage

bulk/mass hiring

drives for overseas projects. Perform

salary negotiation

and coordinate offer and visa documentation. Maintain updated

candidate and recruitment databases

Ready to work hands-on in the complete blue-collar hiring process.

Required Skills:

Strong experience in

technician / blue-collar hiring for Gulf projects

. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Language proficiency in

Tamil, English, and Hindi

(advantage). Knowledge of

Gulf recruitment and visa procedures

is an

added advantage

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
