Act as a strategic partner to leadership and business teams on all people-related matters.

Develop leadership and managerial capability across teams.
2. HR Policies & Compliance
Design, review, and update HR policies in line with industry standards and statutory requirements.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, food industry-specific workplace regulations, and safety standards.
Implement transparent processes for disciplinary actions, employee relations, and workplace ethics.
3. Employee Engagement & Culture Building
Drive employee engagement programs to enhance motivation, productivity, and retention.
Conduct surveys, feedback sessions, and create action plans to improve employee satisfaction.
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
Organize cultural, CSR, and wellness activities to foster belonging.
4. KRA & KPI Management
Define, implement, and monitor
KRAs/KPIs
for all roles in alignment with organizational goals.
Collaborate with HODs to set measurable performance objectives.
Track performance metrics, analyze gaps, and support capability-building interventions.
Introduce digital HR dashboards for data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications & Skills:
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
5-10 years of HR experience.
Proven expertise in
people management, HR policy design, and employee engagement.
