About the Role



We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive

Senior HR Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in HR operations, employee engagement, compliance, and talent management. This role demands someone with proven experience in the

real estate industry

or related sectors, with the ability to manage end-to-end HR functions and contribute strategically to organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities



Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

Drive end-to-end recruitment for all levels, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs.

HR Operations & Compliance:

Manage employee records, payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management. Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies. Draft and implement HR policies and procedures.

Employee Relations & Engagement:

Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts. Foster a positive and productive work environment through engagement initiatives. Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and implement action plans.

Performance Management & Development:

Implement performance appraisal systems and provide guidance to managers. Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development programs. Support succession planning and career growth paths.

Strategic HR Contribution:

Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning and organizational development. Contribute to employer branding and employee retention strategies.

Key Requirements



Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum

8 years of HR experience

, preferably in

real estate, construction, or infrastructure industry

. Strong knowledge of HR operations, statutory compliance, and labor laws. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism. Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Office.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
