Strategically source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and coordinate final rounds with hiring managers.
Oversee recruitment pipeline, maintain dashboards, and ensure timely closures.
2. HR Operations & Compliance:
Supervise onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth documentation and joining formalities.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave systems with accuracy.
Draft, update, and implement HR policies while ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
Support and improve performance management processes.
3. Administrative & Office Management:
Oversee day-to-day administrative operations and ensure seamless office functioning.
Liaise with vendors and service providers for office supplies, maintenance, and facilities.
Manage and organize employee documentation and company records.
4. Employee Engagement & Relations:
Plan and execute engagement activities, celebrations, and team-building initiatives.
Address employee concerns, support conflict resolution, and maintain a healthy work culture.
5. Training & Development:
Identify skill gaps, coordinate training programs, and support continuous employee development.
Requirements:
Experience:
2+ years as an Senior HR Executive, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in job portals like Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Knowledge:
Strong understanding of digital marketing profiles (PPC, SEO, Social Media, Content, Creative).
