with 3 to 5 Years of experience to lead and enhance our HR operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing employee relations, manpower planning, compliance, recruitment, performance management, and benefits administration. This role requires proactive leadership to align HR practices with business goals and foster a productive, compliant, and engaging work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, orientation, and exit processes.
Oversee performance management and employee development initiatives.
Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures.
Ensure legal and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, etc.).
Manage employee benefits and HR budgets effectively.
Organize employee engagement events and activities.
Maintain accurate HR records and manage payroll processing.
Plan, implement, and evaluate HR strategies, policies, and programs.
Conduct workforce planning in coordination with project managers and leadership.
Lead and guide the HR team in executing HR initiatives.
Qualifications:
Master's Degree (MBA-HR, M.Com HR, or MHRM).
Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in a senior HR role.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and compliance.
Proficient in MS Office; experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
