Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced
HR Manager

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Manage the entire recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring requirements and build talent pipelines.
Optimize hiring strategies using free and paid job portals.
Onboarding & Learning
Deliver a smooth and engaging onboarding process for new employees.
Design and implement learning and development programs.
Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and standards.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Serve as the main point of contact for employee queries and conflict resolution.
Promote a collaborative, inclusive, and transparent work environment.
Lead engagement initiatives and manage employee communications.
Performance Management
Develop and maintain performance review processes and tools.
Assist managers in setting goals, KPIs, and growth plans.
Address performance issues through structured feedback and coaching.
