Role Overview



We are looking for a dynamic and experienced

HR Manager

to lead our human resources function. The ideal candidate should have a strategic mindset and practical experience in recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and HR operations. This role is key to developing a high-performing team, fostering a healthy work culture, and ensuring alignment between HR initiatives and overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities



Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning



Manage the entire recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring requirements and build talent pipelines. Optimize hiring strategies using free and paid job portals.

Onboarding & Learning



Deliver a smooth and engaging onboarding process for new employees. Design and implement learning and development programs. Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and standards.

Employee Relations & Engagement



Serve as the main point of contact for employee queries and conflict resolution. Promote a collaborative, inclusive, and transparent work environment. Lead engagement initiatives and manage employee communications.

Performance Management



Develop and maintain performance review processes and tools. Assist managers in setting goals, KPIs, and growth plans. Address performance issues through structured feedback and coaching.

Compensation & Benefits



Create and manage fair, competitive compensation structures. Administer benefits programs in line with company policies.

Compliance & Documentation



Ensure full compliance with labor laws and statutory guidelines. Maintain accurate and confidential HR records and reports.

Policy Development



Draft and regularly update HR policies to reflect legal and organizational changes. Communicate policies clearly and ensure uniform enforcement.

Health & Safety



Promote workplace safety and a healthy work environment. Ensure implementation and monitoring of safety protocols.

Culture & Retention



Organize wellness initiatives, recognition programs, and team-building events. Develop and execute strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.

Strategic HR Leadership



Contribute to data-driven HR planning and analytics. Support organizational change and continuous improvement initiatives.
