DataLEADS is looking for a Senior Human Resource Manager to be a part of our growing team and strengthen the Human Resource & Admin Department. The role of the Human Resource Manager will include monitoring, leading recruitment and overall administration.
We require a proactive candidate with leadership skills who has an ability to work across varied objectives and systems of the company. Candidate should have a demonstrated ability to collaborate across multiple verticals and a proven ability to influence leaders outside the reporting chain.
This position offers the chance to show leadership skills in a high-profile and challenging role and make a real impact. The position is open for our Delhi office.
Key responsibilities:
Supporting and suggesting improvements to the recruitment process.
Designing as well as implementing company policies to promote a healthy environment.
Managing the end-to-end recruitment activities and selection process.
Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions.
Assisting in evaluation of reports, decisions and results of the department in relation to established goals.
Undertaking the joining and exit formalities of employees.
Enhancing job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and by introducing benefits and perks to employees.
Effectively communicating key insights and takeaways to diverse audiences.
Discussing the career development paths of employees with Managers.
Managing data and addressing employee complaints.
Experience and Qualification:
A professional or a postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management.
Industry experience of minimum 5 to 10 years.
Experience in the development of communications strategies, and strong preparation and presentation skills.
Experience in leading the entire human resource including planning, overseeing the implementation, tracking, evaluating and reporting.
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to represent DATALEADS across a wide range of stakeholders.
Demonstrated experience of managing a team across multiple services including professional development and mentorship.
Comprehensive understanding of knowledge management,planning, organizational structure, budgeting and administrative operations;
