Partner with sales leadership teams to understand role requirements, regional manpower needs, and performance expectations.
Source relevant talent through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
Screen and evaluate candidates based on experience, market knowledge, leadership skills, and sales capabilities.
Coordinate interviews, manage scheduling, and ensure smooth communication between candidates and interview panels.
Conduct HR rounds, negotiate salary, and release offers in alignment with company policies.
Responsible for developing human resource policies and implementation of the same
Manage the entire life cycle of the employee in the organization from manpower planning to resignation of the employees
Administer compensation and benefit plans for all employees
Responsible for talent acquisition and recruitment processes
Conduct employee on boarding activities, reference check and induction plan
Organize basic training & development initiatives such as Soft skills training, Leadership training, time management programs etc
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
Responsible for development of performance management system, which includes setting KRA & KPI, driving reporting manager for employee rating and sharing areas of improvement. Organize monthly and annual employee performance reviews
Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities
Ensure statutory compliance as per state government.
