Recruitment:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective job descriptions.
Utilize various recruitment channels to attract top talent, including job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
Employee Engagement:
Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events to foster a positive work culture.
Implement initiatives to boost employee morale, recognition, and motivation.
Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and provide actionable insights to the leadership team.
Performance Management:
Assist in the design and implementation of performance appraisal systems.
Work with managers to set clear performance goals and track progress.
Provide support in conducting performance reviews and managing feedback processes.
Attendance and Leave Management:
Monitor and maintain accurate attendance records.
Manage leave requests and ensure compliance with company policies.
Generate monthly attendance reports and address any discrepancies.
Onboarding and Offboarding:
Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Prepare and maintain employee files and documentation.
Manage exit processes, including exit interviews, clearance formalities, and feedback collection.
HR Administration:
Maintain HR records, employee databases, and HRIS systems.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Handle employee queries and provide timely resolution of HR-related issues.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in an HR role. Experience in marketing agency will be a plus.
Strong knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
