Compensation and Benefits: Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and equitable.

Compliance: Ensure the organization adheres to labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of changes in legislation.

HR Strategy: Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives and drive organizational success.
