Job Overview



We are seeking a seasoned, dynamic, and strategic Senior HR Executive to manage a wide range of complex human resources activities, from strategic talent acquisition and enhanced employee relations to stringent compliance and performance management, ensuring a positive, productive, and legally compliant workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:



Talent Acquisition Strategy: Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for senior and specialist roles, consultancy experienced, developing innovative sourcing strategies, coordinating complex interview processes, and facilitating high-quality hiring across multiple locations.

Policy & Compliance Management: Implement, administer, and enforce robust HR policies and procedures, ensuring strict compliance with all local Indian labor laws, ESI, PF, Gratuity, and statutory requirements.

Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee and optimize the onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation, induction, and conducting thorough exit interviews, analyzing feedback for continuous improvement.

Compensation & Benefits: Administer compensation, benefits, and leave management programs in collaboration with payroll, conducting regular audits and benchmarking to ensure competitiveness.

Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution: Serve as the primary point of contact for complex employee relations issues, addressing grievances, mediating conflicts, and advising management on best practices to foster a positive work environment.

Performance & Development: Drive performance management cycles, support employee training and development initiatives, and help identify high-potential employees for career pathing.

HRIS & Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases (HRIS), generating comprehensive reports and HR analytics for management review.

Required Qualifications & Experience



Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).

Experience: Minimum of 4 to 6 years of progressive experience in an HR Generalist, Senior HR Executive, or similar HR role.

Compliance Expertise: Strong, hands-on knowledge of Indian labor laws, ESI, PF, Gratuity, and statutory compliance requirements.

Recruitment Expertise: Proven experience in managing full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition strategies, preferably within the IT or Tech industry.

Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) is a strong plus when supporting tech teams.

Tools & Systems Knowledge



HRIS/HR Software: Experience with HR Information Systems (e.g., SAP HR, Workday, BambooHR) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Microsoft Office: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex functions) and PowerPoint for high-level reports and presentations.

Job Portals: Expertise in utilizing job boards (Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed) and advanced sourcing techniques.

Communication Platforms: Knowledge of tools like JIRA, Asana, or internal communication tools.
