Designation: HR Intern
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
1.Review and assess resumes and application forms to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
2.Schedule, confirm, and communicate interview details with candidates, ensuring a smooth and professional process.
3.Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparation of orientation materials and ensuring a seamless transition into the company.
4. Update and maintain internal HR systems with accurate employee information, including contact details, employment forms, and other essential records.
5. Assist in gathering and processing payroll-related data, such as leave records, working hours, and bank account details.
6. Support the preparation of HR-related reports, including training budgets by department, employee attendance, and other key metrics as required.
7.Assist in organizing and coordinating company training events, ensuring both new hires and existing employees have access to relevant learning opportunities.
