We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR
operations and coordinate between the Head Office and Factory locations. The ideal candidate will
have a strong background in HR functions such as recruitment, compliance, employee
engagement, and administration, preferably from the manufacturing sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll
coordination, and employee records.
Handle factory-level HR activities such as compliance, labor documentation, leave
management, and statutory requirements.
Assist in performance management, employee engagement, and grievance handling.
Coordinate between the Head Office and Factory for HR processes, ensuring smooth
communication and consistency in policies.
Maintain and update HR databases, employee files, and other confidential documentation.
Prepare and present HR reports, MIS, and analysis for management review.
Ensure adherence to company policies and labor laws.
Support management in policy formulation, employee development, and internal
communications.
Qualifications:
Master's Degree (MBA in HR preferred).
Additional certifications in HR, Administration, Communication, or IT will be an added advantage.
Skills & Competencies:
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Strong English drafting and correspondence skills.
Proficient in MS Office -- particularly:
- MS Excel: Formulas, tabulation, data analysis, and speed accuracy.
- MS PowerPoint: Presentation creation and formatting.
- MS Word: Professional documentation and formatting.
Excellent coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fast, accurate, and detail-oriented approach to work.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
