Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Manager to lead our HR function in Dubai. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in HR strategy, operations, and compliance, with a proven track record in the UAE. This role requires strong leadership, cultural sensitivity, and a thorough understanding of UAE Labour Law and regional HR practices. The successful candidate will support a diverse, multinational workforce and help drive organizational effectiveness across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Strategy & Leadership
Align HR strategies with business goals and the company's vision in the UAE and the wider GCC region.
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on workforce planning, talent development, and organizational change.
2. UAE Labour Law & Compliance
Ensure all HR practices comply with UAE Labour Law, visa regulations, and government mandates (e.g., MOHRE, GDRFA, Emiratisation).
Handle employee contracts, end-of-service benefits, and visa processing in coordination with PROs.
3. Employee Relations & Performance Management
Manage employee relations issues with professionalism and discretion.
Implement and manage performance review cycles, employee feedback processes, and development plans.
4. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Lead recruitment efforts across functions; ensure talent pipelines for critical roles.
Oversee onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new employees.
5. Learning & Development
Assess training needs and coordinate leadership development and skills enhancement programs.
Promote internal mobility and succession planning.
6. HR Operations
Oversee payroll inputs, HRIS updates, employee documentation, and leave management.
Monitor HR KPIs and prepare reports for management.
7. Diversity & Inclusion
Foster a workplace culture that values diversity and inclusion, aligned with the multicultural environment of the UAE.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA or CIPD Level 5/7 preferred).
4 TO 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3+ years in the UAE or GCC at a senior level.
Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, visa procedures, and government compliance.
Proven experience leading HR teams in multinational environments.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
Preferred Industry Experience:
Sectors such as real estate, construction, technology, retail, hospitality, or finance in Dubai.
Experience working in free zones (e.g., DIFC, DMCC, JAFZA) is an advantage.
